Agreement and eligibility

These terms are an agreement between you and the Streaks With Friends operator. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least the minimum age published before public registration and legally able to enter this agreement.

What the service does

Streaks With Friends helps members track routines, streaks, tasks, writing, personal stats, and deliberately shared progress. It is not a medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, emergency, legal, or financial service. You remain responsible for deciding what activities are appropriate for you.

Your account

Use an account and email address you are authorized to access, protect your credentials, keep profile information reasonably accurate, and contact support@streakswithfriends.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Impersonation and misleading claims of identity are prohibited.

Acceptable use

You may not harass, threaten, dox, exploit, or unlawfully discriminate against others; impersonate another person; publish illegal or rights-infringing material; use the service for spam, scams, malicious automation, or unauthorized promotion; probe or bypass security; interfere with another account; or encourage imminent serious harm.

We may restrict or remove public content and accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or service integrity.

Your content

You retain ownership of your content. You give us the limited permission required to store, process, display, back up, and transmit it to provide the features you choose. You must have the rights needed to share anything you post.

Circle-only updates are shown to the members you select for your Circle; public routines and frozen updates may be viewed by other members. Adopting a routine creates an independent editable copy; later changes to the original do not rewrite adopted copies.

Availability, streaks, and data

The service may change, experience interruption, or correct an incorrectly calculated streak. Export important records periodically. The current private beta does not include a paid subscription; subscription, trial, cancellation, and refund terms will be added before payment is required.

Ending an account

You can delete your account through the product. Deletion removes live account-owned records and public snapshots as described in the Privacy Policy. We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security threats, legal requirements, or misuse of the service.
